Blog Success – The Insider’s Tour

December 16, 2008 by David Olsen · 3 Comments

We just launched Blog Success earlier this month. Blog Success, in case you don’t know is the new membership site created by Social Marketing Guru – Jack Humphrey. The site is all about teaching members how to build and maintain a successful and profitable blog.

I’ve worked for Jack for about 18 months and was a paying member of his Authority Site Center membership site for almost two years before that. Currently, I’m the Technical Support manager at Blog Success. I handle support issues, make training videos and provide hands-on support to the membership…

I’m what you might call an Insider! :-)

Anyway, I created a quick video that shows off the some of the amazing features of Blog Success. Please have a look.

Oh, and I almost forgot, Jack is offering a No-Risk, Seven Day FREE trial to Blog Success.

Backing Up Your cPanel Website

August 21, 2008 by David Olsen · Leave a Comment

Backups are crucial to ensuring Web success. We all know that we need to do backups, but most of us never get around to it. In this video I show you the absolute simplest way to get a full backup of your cPanel website. The backup this process produces will contain everything that is associated with your site. All the source files, images, databases, scripts, even your email address and other settings.

The process is quick and easy and needs to be done (AT LEAST) weekly!

If you can see this, then you might need a Flash Player upgrade or you need to install Flash Player if it's missing. Get Flash Player from Adobe.
