XpatJohn on "Appendix Plugin"

Hi All,

I am looking for a plugin that will do 2 things. 1) Let me create an appendix of commonly used terms on my website. (This would be optionally available for viewing by the users.) And 2) Would automatically search posts and create tool tips for matching appendix phrases.

Does such a plugin exist? If so, can anyone please point me in the right direction.

P.S. I have already done quite a bit of googling and searching of this site and others to no avail.
