I’m using thumbnails in my theme – all is good but I need to programatically set images to be the thumbnails rather than click the link. I’ve tried to decipher the javascript to see what is going in behind the scenes but no luck.
Is there a php function for setting the image that should be the thumbnail?
I am aware I can use other functions to get the child attachments etc, but I want to use the inbuilt functionality that the get_the_thumbnail has inbuilt.
