Hi vtxyzzy,

I tried unchecking the ‘Set fix dimension’ and that helped. It did create issues with other plug ins that I use with NextGen. The other plug in uses square thumbnails and squashes anything not square.

I’ve decided to use your method and retake my photos and make them square (small items to begin with).
