theycallmebeans on "Help with Thumbnails Images not showing on Homeepage"

Hi I recently upgraded my wordpress to the latest version.

I also had a server upgrade etc.

Before both of these events I had just created a website based on the theme “workaholic” by graphpaperpress. which worked great, and I had done 3 posts that worked perfectly, and also perfectly generated thumbnails on the homepage.

BUT, except now, I have done 3 test posts, each post works (I am using a URL link for each image), but the thumbnail that should automaticly generate and show on the home page is blank as seen here on http://www.theycallmebans.com

Can someone tell me how to get the thumbnails to show on the homepage, like they show up on the 3 thumbnails on the bottom of the page.?
