kap111 on "Connection Information Error"

I am trying to upload a theme into wordpress and when I fill in the information template it won’t let me in.

I’ve googled this issue and have attempted going in and changing the .php files for plugins, updates etc but am still not having any luck.

I’ve also tried generating a new password but it made no difference either.

Does anyone have step by step instructions on how to fix this?
