fifthhouse on "upgradsiae to 3.0 site crash!"

I just tried to update to wp 3.0. The control panel but then when I tried to go to the site I get a message:

Unfortunately I can’t even login to my control panels now to try and disable any plugins that may be causing the problem.

Any advice?!?
