Artisteer is an extremely productive web design tool. It generates an infinite stream of design proposals, and you can change all graphical elements like colors, fonts, backgrounds and icons. Finaly it generates a complete WordPress theme. The theme lacks some functionality however. Like threaded comments. See an exsample here: Ulfsby Webdesign
