torontosportsmedia on "Site slow loading- Dashboard too"

my site is torontosportsmedia.com
I have made no changes to anything in weeks. All of the sudden today my site is taking forever to load. 1/4 of the page loads and then the rest appears 5-7 minutes later. I thought it may be pluggins- why i have no idea as /i didn’t change anything. But then it started happening to all the admin parts of the site. It takes 5-7 minutes to get into the admin tools and the dashboard alone takes 10 minutes to load.
HELP!
