nyauthor on "Blank Comments’ Page"

I see a lot of people have this problem but I’ve yet to find a solution and hope someone has been able to come up with one.

I recently switched my wordpress.com blog to wordpress.org. At first, everything seemed fine – I could post and people could comment. Now, no one can comment. They can fill in the comment form but when they submit, they are taken to a blank page and their comment never shows up on my posts. This is where they’re taken when they try to submit a comment -

I deactivated all of my plugins but that didn’t help. I have since reactivated them. Beyond that, I am tech-ignorant. I am able to blog and navigate the internet but I am not tech savvy in any way. If someone knows how a person like me can repair this glitch, please let me know.
