tewills on "[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Nextgen-gallery"

Using the NEXTGEN-gallery, how do authorized/registered users create albums. I have not found a way to allow users to do so.. I would like them to maintain the same folder hierarchy. Is this possible..
