Cephas on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Help with form not showing up"

I get this code showing when I hit publish.

[si-contact-form form='1']

The form itself is not showing. You can see the post here.

Weird thing is, the form DOES show when viewing all my posts as a list. See here.

I am really stumped on this. I love this plugin and really don’t want to use another. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
