erstoriesnet on "Upgrade to 2.92 screwed everything up!"

So, I finally decided to upgrade to the latest version (2.92) from a very old version (2.3.1) and everything seems screwed up. I get this message when I try to go into my wp-admin:

Warning: require(./wp-blog-header.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/erstor/public_html/index.php on line 5

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘./wp-blog-header.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/erstor/public_html/index.php on line 5
I followed the manual instructions but I think some files are in the wrong directory. Any ideas?
