erstoriesnet on "Upgrade to 2.92 screwed everything up!"

So, I finally decided to upgrade to the latest version (2.92) from a very old version (2.3.1) and everything seems screwed up. I get this message when I try to go into my wp-admin:

I followed the manual instructions but I think some files are in the wrong directory. Any ideas?
