rpgamer2003 on "jquery ui tabs broken in theme preview only"

I’m making a free theme for public release and I’m using the jquery ui tabs script and it’s actually all working. Except in the preview window in the admin panel. For some reason the whole site gets in called twice. Where the respective div for the selected tab should be loaded the whole page is loaded in again.
I figured out that is must have something to do with the jquery ui tabs script but I can’t seems to get it to work. Any ideas?
