Hi – I have looked through the forum and tried the trouble shooting – the audio player appears when I insert it but when you press play it seems to pop out only half way and nothing happens. I have tried changing the way I insert and upload a file and all the options within the settings and am at a loss – any help is much appreciated – you can see what it is doing here
