an thats it, Simple press lists twice tho atm, I think thats after we did the security update so not sure if i can deactivate the old version (the slow loading was happening even before wordpress) The other plugins i have no idea if they will be effecting it, so any comments welcome. I shall have alook at your link, thanks :]
