cerebrotica2 on "Fatal Error when logging in to admin after installing nofollow plugin"

Here is the error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_site_admin() in /home/content/c/e/r/cerebrotica/html/wp-content/plugins/nofollow-links-in-posts/nofollow-links-in-posts.php on line 148

I don’t know very much beyond some simple HTML and such. Another thread mentions this same error. The fix hat something to do with ftp?

I don’t know what this is and how to even find it. Please help! I’ve devoted days of my life to this site and it’s brand new!
